Overview:
We are seeking an Café Assistant to join our dynamic catering team. This role is ideal for someone who can handle cooking and ensures quality and efficiency at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast service items including breakfast rolls, plated full English breakfasts, breakfast muffins, and other morning menu options.
- Prepare and cook lunchtime menu items including chips, burgers, chicken wraps, jacket potatoes, and paninis.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Hygiene & Safety Awareness
- Weekday availability: 10am-3pm, from three days a week.
Level 2 in food and safety is preferred however training can be given to the suitable candidate.
