Responsibilities

- Support the team in serving customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen setting
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and team members
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends if necessary
