We are looking for confident, energetic bartenders who genuinely love hospitality and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

The Role
As part of the KOCHCHI bar team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a fast-paced, high-energy service while crafting drinks that reflect the creativity and personality of the brand.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing cocktails, drinks and beverages to a consistently high standard
- Delivering warm, engaging and professional guest service
- Maintaining organisation, cleanliness and efficiency behind the bar
- Working confidently during busy services and high-pressure periods
- Learning and sharing knowledge about our drinks, flavours and ingredients
- Supporting the wider restaurant team to deliver an exceptional overall guest experience
We are looking for people who bring personality, attention to detail and strong team energy to the floor every shift.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality, drinks and guest experience
- Is confident, personable and energetic
- Works well under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Takes pride in standards, organisation and attention to detail
- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Has previous bar or restaurant experience (preferred but not essential)
