Valeter – Full Time

We are now seeking an “additional" skilled Valeter to join our team. You will assist our valeting detailing supervisor in preparing sales vehicles to the high standards, ensuring every car is presented in showroom-ready condition. This role is based in our brand-new valeting studio with all new equipment.
IMPORTANT:
- A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS’ VALETING EXPERIENCE IS PREFERED
- MUST LIVE LOCAL TO LEAMINGTON SPA OR WARWICK – please do not apply if you are not within a commutable distance.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out full valeting and of sales vehicles to a high standard.
- Use, LEARN machine polishing techniques to enhance and perfect vehicle finishes.
- Maintain the highest attention to detail when cleaning both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Handle a range of vehicles (cars and vans) with care and professionalism.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
- Keep the valeting area clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional valeting experience PREFERED
- Must live local to Leamington Spa / Warwick (ESSENTIAL)
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Genuine passion for cars and presentation
