KIBOU is an independent Japanese restaurant and bar with restaurants in Battersea,Cheltenham,Bristol,Solihull,Oxford and Cambridge.

We're looking for:

The successful candidate will be keen to learn,reliable and possess a strong work ethic.

This would be a standout opportunity for a junior Chef de Partie who is looking to learn and progress in a supportive environment.

Experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen is preferred; however,we provide comprehensive training and will consider candidates with limited experience as long as you are keen to progress and learn new skills.

While knowledge in Japanese cuisine isn't necessary,a friendly personality and ability to work in a strong and highly motivated team an essential!
