We’re looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Volkswagen dealership in Birmingham

What You’ll Be Doing
- To complete & process accurately all vehicle orders, on both Johnsons and the Manufacturer systems.
- To create computerised records on the IdealFile system for vehicles received into stock, completing details as required and keeping online records up to date at all times.
- To Hpi / Experian Check ALL incoming vehicles (part ex/direct purchase)
- To carry out vehicle mileage checks as per Group Guidelines
- To ensure all cars are allocated the correct funding system code as they are booked in
- To process all Vehicle Sales invoices accurately, using the correct system descriptions and codes, ensuring all handover documentation reaches the Sales Teams, via the IdealFile system, in a timely fashion.
- To Tax Vehicles as required
- To carry out physical stock checks when required, submitting stock lists to the VSB Accountant and reporting any ‘anomalies’
- To communicate New Vehicle delivery date change notifications as required by the individual dealership(s)
What We’re Looking For
- Have previous Vehicle administration experience
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Be numerate and pay attention to detail
- Have exceptional customer service and people skills
