There are two part-time fixed term posts available, one 28 hours per week, and one 21 hours per week. One weekend day working is required as part of these roles.
Candidates will have experience of working in a fast paced Customer facing environment and be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
They will be working alongside colleagues and Managers to proactively manage enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to agreed standards.
The role will also support order fulfilment alongside the fulfilment team as required, and support with processing stock deliveries into the stockroom.

The salary for this position is £26,119 per annum (pro rata) [Grade 1A]
