Job Summary
We’re looking for a confident, creative, and driven Stylist to join our talented team at GHOST in Selsdon. This is a role for someone passionate about hairdressing, delivering outstanding client experiences, and continuously developing their skills in a supportive, professional environment.
Duties
- Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring, and styling services to clients.
- Hit company targets for rebooking, treatment sales, retail and more.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through providing an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism within the salon.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and products.
- Contribute to the overall success of the salon by helping the team reach performance targets.
What We're Looking For
- Willing to work 3/4 days per week including Saturdays.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a qualified stylist.
- Strong technical knowledge across colour and cutting.
- A passion for delivering excellent client experiences.
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a desire to grow.
- A proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.

Experience:
- Hair styling: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing (required)
