The Kitchen Restaurant are looking to add chefs to an already strong team . We looking to recruit chefs with a fantastic attitude who is willing to learn. We are very passionate in delivering high quality Scottish produce to locals and visitors.
Duties include:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
- Assisting in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
We can also offer an hourly rate of pay. We have full time and part hours available
