Weekend Course Coordinator
Location: Derma Institute, Wandsworth, London
Hours: Every Saturday & Sunday, 8:45am – approximately 5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible
About Us
Derma Institute is a leading provider of medical aesthetics training, delivering accredited courses to healthcare professionals across the UK and internationally. We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Weekend Course Coordinator to join our London training academy.
This is a key role within our weekend team, ensuring our training courses run smoothly and that both delegates and trainers have everything they need throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Set up the academy before delegates arrive.
- Welcome and register delegates.
- Ensure training days run smoothly and remain on schedule.
- Prepare treatment rooms and training stations.
- Carry out stock checks before and after each course.
- Prepare consumables and equipment for practical sessions.
- Support trainers throughout the day with anything they require.
- Welcome and manage models attending practical sessions.
- Keep the clinic clean, organised and professional throughout the day.
- Restock consumables and report low stock levels.
- Assist with end-of-day close down and preparation for future courses.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with delegates.
- Able to work independently and use initiative.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work every weekend.
Previous experience within administration, events, hospitality, healthcare, clinics or customer service would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
