About the Role
Our Enforcement Department delivers specialist enforcement services on behalf of external clients, primarily commercial landlords. Working in a fast-paced and varied environment, the team manages a range of enforcement matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, property possession, Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR), trespass, and the removal of abandoned goods and vehicles.
We are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Client Services Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and client support to our Enforcement team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, managing multiple priorities, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and colleagues.
As a key member of the team, you will coordinate enforcement deployments, manage client communications, prepare legal and operational documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure cases progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding professionally to telephone and email enquiries.
- Liaise with clients regarding enforcement instructions, eviction requirements and case progress.
- Prepare authority documentation, notices, correspondence and appointment confirmations.
- Schedule and coordinate enforcement agents, locksmiths and other service partners for property attendances and evictions.
- Process deployment documentation, raise purchase orders and prepare invoices for each instruction.
- Provide administrative support for Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) cases and other enforcement activities.
- Draft notices and assist in preparing supporting documentation and written evidence where required.
- Accurately process inbound documentation and maintain case records within the company case management system.
- Maintain manual and electronic records, ensuring all client information is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor case progress and ensure work is completed within agreed timescales and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support the wider Enforcement team with a broad range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient and effective service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support a flexible, customer-focused approach to service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Skills and Experience
- Previous administrative experience within enforcement, legal services, property, debt recovery or a similar environment is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications and learning new systems quickly.
- Comfortable working with a range of case management and business software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative when dealing with enquiries or changing priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Professional, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- A positive, flexible and solutions-focused approach to work.
Desirable Qualifications and Knowledge
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Knowledge of enforcement procedures, landlord and tenant legislation, or legal processes would be advantageous.
- Experience supporting legal, regulatory or compliance-based processes is desirable.
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
