Duties
- Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care.
- Supervise and support care staff to ensure delivery of exceptional assisted living and home care services.
- Oversee medication administration processes in compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to monitor residents’ health status, manage care transitions, and address any concerns promptly.
- Lead staff training initiatives focused on senior care best practices, dementia care techniques, and management skills.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures within the care home.
- Foster a positive environment by promoting teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of CQC Standards, roburst assessment and care planning.
- Knowledge of safeguarding
Skills
- Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home environments with a strong background in senior and dementia care.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in a care home or similar setting.
- Knowledge of care plans development, medication administration, and regulatory compliance related to eldercare.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with residents, families, healthcare providers, and staff.
- Strong management abilities with a focus on team supervision, training, and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with Alzheimer’s and dementia-specific caregiving strategies to enhance resident quality of life.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £25,420.00-£38,000.00 per year
