About the Team
You’ll be part of a collaborative Data, AI and Development team that plays a key role in helping the organisation make informed, data‑driven decisions. Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing, Finance, National Programmes, and IT, the team is responsible for maintaining and developing the charity’s data platforms, ensuring high standards of data quality, governance, and insight that support services, fundraising activities, and strategic decision‑making across the organisation
About the Role
As a Data Platform Analyst, you’ll help manage and enhance the organisation’s cloud‑based data platform, ensuring data flows seamlessly between key systems including HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Snowflake. You’ll develop data integrations, build analytical datasets and reporting solutions, and work with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver valuable insights, improve data quality, and support effective decision‑making through reliable and well‑governed data
What You’ll Do

Develop, maintain and deliver complex data selections, extracts and analytical datasets using Snowflake, SQL and Python to support fundraising, marketing, service delivery and organisational reporting requirements.

Work with stakeholders across the organisation to understand data requirements and translate these into reliable, scalable and repeatable data solutions.

Support the development and maintenance of KPI reporting, operational dashboards and analytical outputs in collaboration with business leaders and senior managers.
What We’re Looking For

Experience working within cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.

Knowledge of data integration principles, data mapping and transformation processes

Knowledge of Code of Fundraising Practice, the Data Protection Act and HMRC GiftAid regulations
