Are you an experienced Property Manager with strong London Borough connections and a track record in Supported Living procurement and Temporary Accommodation.
To join a growing and ambitious property investment business that is rapidly expanding its residential portfolio across London, with a strong focus on Supported Living procurement, Temporary Accommodation (TA), council leasing, and institutional-style tenancies.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, hands-on role combining:
· Supported Living procurement
· Residential property portfolio management
· Council onboarding & procurement (core focus)
· Temporary Accommodation (TA) contract acquisition
· Institutional and lease-based letting
· Portfolio income protection and void reduction
One arm of our business operates as a housing provider, and a key part of this role is to
scale our presence across London Boroughs and the Home Counties with Supported Living Procurement.
Core Focus - Supported Living Procurement
This is the most critical part of the role.
Council Procurement & Borough Onboarding
· Onboarding the business as a housing provider and Supported Living Procurement across all London Boroughs (and expanding into Home Counties)
· Leveraging existing relationships and building new connections with key decision-makers in councils
· Navigating and onboarding via TA procurement portals (e.g. Adam Housing and similar systems)
· Positioning the company as a preferred or go-to TA provider
You must be able to:
- Demonstrate an existing network within London Boroughs, or the ability to quickly build one
- Identify and engage the right contacts within housing and supported living procurement teams
- Drive onboarding processes from initial contact through to approval and live supply
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with borough stakeholders
Void Management
- Develop and implement a clear strategy to eliminate voids
- Ensure properties are re-let or re-contracted with minimal downtime
- Line up council or institutional tenants ahead of vacancy
- Oversee inspections, works, and turnaround of units
- Track and report on voids and rental performance
Reporting & Strategic Input
- Monitor rental performance and leasing activity
- Provide insights to senior leadership
- Support portfolio growth strategy and borough expansion
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
- Proven experience in Temporary Accommodation & Supported Living procurement
- Strong existing relationships within London Boroughs (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to onboard housing providers with councils
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing TA rates
- Experience with TA and Supported Living portals (e.g. Adam Housing)
- Commercially driven and results-focused
- Confident, proactive, and able to operate independently
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
