We are looking for an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join and expand our successful, family-run dealership.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing business with ambitious plans. We typically stock 55–60 quality used vehicles and currently achieve a full stock turn every month. As our business continues to expand, there will be even greater opportunities for the right person to develop and succeed.
Based at our modern Ex main dealer site, you'll benefit from excellent facilities, including a 6-ramp workshop, dedicated MOT testing bay, and a professional working environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Sell quality used vehicles and maximise every sales opportunity.
- Promote value-added products, including extended warranties, paint protection, and additional products as our offering grows.
- Follow the company's sales processes and procedures.
- Use our Dealer Management System to accurately manage customer information and vehicle sales.
- Keep customers fully informed throughout the buying process.
- Complete professional vehicle handovers.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales and customer service targets.

- Skilled at identifying opportunities to sell value-added products.
- Organised, professional, and able to work as part of a successful team.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
This is not an order-taking role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and consistently delivering excellent results.
