We’re searching for an exceptional General Manager to lead the commissioning and opening of Ardenly Place, our new 95-bedroom luxury care home in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Opening in August 2027, with an ideal start date of February 2027, this is a rare opportunity to be there from the very beginning.
You’ll recruit your founding team. Shape the culture. Define the standards. Build the home’s reputation - and create an environment capable of earning an Outstanding CQC rating.
We’re looking for someone distinctly different: energetic, ambitious, commercially astute and prepared to work exceptionally hard to create something truly special. Due to the Home accepting residents with nursing needs, we would like our General Manager to be a Nurse.
A visible and inspiring leader. Someone with warmth, presence and an instinct for detail. Someone who combines uncompromising care standards with the service and attention to detail found in the very best hospitality.
