Our Partnering Stores are dedicated to supporting one key customer, with stock located across our sites to help deliver projects in local areas. From everyday essentials to project-critical supplies, our teams make sure customers have what they need, when they need it.
As a Partnering Stores Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating a great customer experience while supporting all areas of the store. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a close-knit team that works together to solve problems, support customers and keep things running smoothly. If you enjoy being hands-on, helping others and making a real difference, you'll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving customers, whether that’s over the counter or on the phone
- Maintaining a well-kept stock area in the warehouse
- Maintaining any relevant paperwork and administration
- Making sure your product knowledge is up to date to be able to advise the customer on the best products for their projects.
