A marina proud of ‘Setting the Hire Standard’ located in Wroxham on the Norfolk Broads has an opportunity for a dependable Day Charter Fleet Team Leader to support our Management team with the aim of creating premier Broads experiences and timeless memories.
This role is hands on, responsible for ensuring all Day Charter fleet are presented to the highest standard.
The successful applicant will ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities for the day, complying with safe working practices. Expectations will be to lead, support and motivate the team, plan and allocate tasks including boat handovers, cleaning, refuelling and maintenance checks.
Excellent customer service skills, organisational skills and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with guests and team members will be essential.
All team members will achieve an ILM Level 2 Effective Team Member qualification when attending our 2 day workshops introducing our Core Values.
