The hotel features the 2 AA Rosette Caprice Restaurant & Terrace, Monty's Bar & Lounge, meeting and event spaces, and a spa.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing friendly, professional food and drink service.

Setting up and clearing restaurant, bar, and event areas.

Serving food and beverages to hotel guests.
