About Us
The Carrbridge Hotel is a historic, family-run 4-star hotel situated on the edge of the scenic Cairngorms National Park. We take great pride in providing a warm, welcoming Scottish Highland experience for all our guests. To maintain our excellent standards, we are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team.
The Role
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guest rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas are clean, hygienic, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms to a high standard (changing linen, making beds, vacuuming, dusting).
- Cleaning and sanitising en-suite bathrooms and public restrooms.
- Replenishing room amenities, towels, and hospitality trays.
- Maintaining cleanliness in corridors, lounges, and other public spaces.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damage to management.
- Following health and safety and chemical handling guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
- Right to Work: You must have the valid right to work in the UK (proof will be required during registration/interview).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and excellent attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, including weekends on a rolling rota.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
