We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front of House/Workshop Manager to lead our customer-facing operations and workshop activities. Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing expert guidance on products and services
- Oversee the daily operation of the workshop, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Coordinate workshop schedules, allocate resources, and manage workflow to meet deadlines
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and machinery to ensure safety standards are upheld
- Manage inventory levels of supplies, tools, and parts to ensure smooth workshop operations
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience working with various hand tools and power tools
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage customer interactions effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining workshop cleanliness and safety protocols
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Prior experience in a workshop or technical environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to workshop environments is highly desirable
