Due to internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a Transport Service Administrator who will be at the heart of operations. As our new administrator, your professionalism and excellent communication skills will allow you to provide a high level professional service to colleagues and clients.
You'll play a key role in liaising with customers and helping to set up collection routes for schedules for our drivers, along with monitoring waste, managing customer's accounts and producing compliance documentation for 3rd parties and senior management.
Working: Mon - Fri (40hrs per week)
We are looking for an experienced administrator who can demonstrate:
- Excellent communication/listening skills.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with a high personal level of accuracy in a compliance focused organisation.
- Good knowledge of information technology especially Microsoft office (Word, Excel).
- Administrative skills, i.e. typing, co-ordination of management reports.
- Knowledge of billing functions of computer system and accounting principles.
- Ability to learn company’s computer software program, understand business operation and effects of each function on overall operation.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Self-motivated, reliable and enthusiastic.
- A team player, able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in an environment with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle sensitive, confidential information on a regular basis.
