We are an established Bespoke Kitchen & Bedroom Manufacturer based in Washington.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Warehouse / Factory Operative to join our busy production and logistics team.
The Role:
This role combines warehouse duties with factory support, ensuring materials and finished products move efficiently through the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for handling stock, operating machinery and equipment, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse and factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading deliveries of materials and finished kitchen components
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Operating warehouse equipment and machinery (e.g. forklifts, pallet trucks, saws – training provided where needed)
- Stock control, goods-in checks, and accurate record keeping
- Supplying materials to the production team as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and factory environment
- Following all health & safety procedures
About You:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or factory environment
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £13.02
Schedule:

- Occasional Overtime
