Little Lion Entertainment, is a fast-growing entertainment group, specialising in creating cutting-edge and memorable experience-led attractions. We are looking for Front of House Hosts to work within our attraction: Arcade Arena Manchester to support with our upcoming busy period. You will be working across two of our experiences, Pac Man The Live Attraction and Chaos Karts Manchester.
This would be on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
The Role
Whether it is welcoming our guests and getting them excited to dive into the experience or working within the experience itself to ensure it is ready for its next challenger, our team provide exceptional service to guests visiting our attractions. You play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering friendly, engaging, and professional service throughout the attraction.
This is a guest-facing, hands-on role suited to energetic, confident individuals who enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. You will work across multiple areas of the attraction, supporting operations, engaging with guests, dealing with technology, and helping to ensure every visitor leaves having had an exceptional experience.
Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are essential, as the role includes evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
Duties Include:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and checking them in
- Deliver consistently high standards of presentation, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Work across front-of-house operational areas as required, supporting live operations.
- Support basic equipment checks and report any issues promptly.
- Assist with retail, photography, and other commercial units, including upselling where appropriate.
- Proactively engage with guests of all ages and backgrounds in a friendly, confident manner.
- Deliver health and safety briefings to our guests
- Follow all health & safety procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
- Take responsibility for the safety of guests and colleagues while on shift.
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness across the attraction
- Delivery of Corporate Events through food and drink service
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- The ability to work quick and calmly under pressure
- A passion to engage with guests and deliver exceptional customer service
- Willingness to work across different operational areas.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- The ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Previous experience in attractions, theatre, hospitality, or customer service is desirable but not essential.
Working hours are anything from 8am to midnight, with shifts across the week and weekend therefore, candidates must be able to commit to hours over the weekend.
A positive and flexible approach to work (weekend, evening and night-time work) will be required. Due to the nature of this role, we can only accept applicants aged 18 and over.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: £12.76 per hour
