Key Responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations, customer service, and sales assistance tasks
- Assist with product displays, stock organisation, pricing support, and item records
- Respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Help maintain accurate product information, documentation, and sales records
- Coordinate with team members, suppliers, and service partners when needed
- Support online listing updates, basic order processing, and general shop administration
- Follow company procedures, service standards, and workplace guidelines
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- No extensive experience required
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, administration, sales support, or product handling is an advantage
- Fresh graduates, school leavers, or early-career applicants are encouraged to apply
Skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills
- Good organisation and time management
- Interest in antiques, vintage items, retail, or product presentation
- Willingness to learn sales support and shop operations processes
Education
- GCSEs, A-levels, college certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification is preferred

Pay: £24,420.00-£29,000.00 per year
