We are hiring a Junior Brand Manager to support our Brand Managers with key portfolio priorities by providing administrative, analytical and project support.
What will you be doing

Support Brand Managers in delivering key portfolio priorities and producer objectives across the Liberty Wines portfolio.

Assist with administrative tasks including presentation creation and depletion reporting.

Act as a key point of contact for administrative and information requests relating to producers and brands.

Assist with the creation and maintenance of producer information, presentations, brand materials and sales support tools, ensuring content remains accurate and up to date.

Coordinate and help organise Sales trainings, managing logistics from planning through to delivery.

Support the planning and coordination of producer visits and itineraries, ensuring time in trade is maximised and aligned with commercial priorities.

Assist with the delivery of category-focused campaigns and key industry events such as Wine Paris, Vinitaly and other trade events.
- Support at Liberty events, including portfolio tastings, roadshows, bespoke producer events and tastings.

Assist Brand Managers with the planning and execution of Annual Brand Plans.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with producers as well as internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with Buying, Sales, Trade Marketing and other internal departments to support cross-functional projects.

Provide general support as required by the wider Portfolio team.
About you

Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships

Positive, pro-active and hands on-approach

A genuine interest and enthusiasm for wine

WSET qualifications: Level 3 or Diploma
-
Language skills desirable: French, Italian or Spanish
