Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded
- Assist with light cooking tasks when required, supporting household or hospitality needs
- Provide friendly customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring satisfaction
- Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch areas
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail during each cleaning session
- Follow health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments is preferred
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to perform light cooking or food preparation tasks when needed
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Reliable with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods
