Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator
Location: Unit 1 High Barns Farm, Bedford Road, Roxton, Bedfordshire, MK44 3ET
Position duration & Salary details: Permanent Full Time £32k - £36k per annum, + bonus, pension, private healthcare and life cover
Job Summary: Working as part of the Sales Team and supporting the wider Sales and Marketing function, you will play a key role in the efficient day-to-day operation of the Sales Support function. You will coordinate daily activity, priorities and deadlines, providing proactive, effective and confidential operational support to the Sales Team.
You will act as deputy to the Sales Support Manager, providing day-to-day cover and continuity across the function. You will support and develop the Sales Coordinator, helping to maintain consistent standards and effective processes.
You will also take responsibility for key operational activities including CRM administration, customer qualification and categorisation, ensuring these are completed accurately and in line with the sales process.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritise the daily workload, ensuring key tasks, deadlines and priorities are effectively managed.
- Attend and contribute to weekly meetings with Operations, Sales, MTV, SMUK, PDI and Finance, ensuring actions and key updates are followed through.
- Create and maintain the Build Slot list, liaising with RSP Germany regarding build progress and movements.
- Liaise with MTV and Sales regarding chassis slippages, deliveries and orders, as well as specific chassis requirements and pricing.
- Organise collections from RSP Germany and coordinate with Vegatrans, MTV and Wilsons to ensure smooth delivery and transport arrangements.
- Manage and respond to customer queries, escalating where appropriate.
- Maintain CRM data and records, ensuring contact details, sales ownership and other key information remain accurate and up to date.
- Assist with the creation of Sales reports relating to pipeline and forecast management.
- Support the Sales Team with day-to-day sales queries, resolving routine matters within agreed processes and escalating complex or higher-risk issues to the Sales Support Manager.
- Act as a key point of contact for RSP UK and RSP Germany, responding to queries and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure issues and requests are resolved promptly.
- Attend exhibitions and industry events, supporting prospect engagement, lead generation and follow-up activity.
- Support and train the Sales Coordinator, ensuring consistent standards and effective performance.
- Act as deputy to the Sales Support Manager, providing day-to-day cover and continuity across the function.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Sales Support Managers responsibilities through a structured handover, supporting future succession and full cover.

- Excellent use of the Windows package – Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Access.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an excellent standard of English.

- Flexibility in approach with the ability to adapt from task to task.
- To be reliable and able to understand the importance of being punctual and impact of absence.

- Experience and knowledge of the industry
- Experience in similar role, minimum 3 years
Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
