About the Role - As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our restaurant, bar, and guest dining experience. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves wanting to return. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious restaurant manager looking to step into a broader management role with genuine autonomy and development opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating our front-of-house food and beverage team
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurant, bar, events, and private dining
- Managing daily operations and service standards
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members
- Creating a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Managing rotas, labour costs, and stock control
- Working closely with the Head Chef and senior management team
- Driving sales and helping develop exciting food and beverage offerings
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements
