Your duties will include:
- Manage the opening of the kitchen.
- Prepare, cook and present food to Management’s requirements.
- Keep kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
- Work Safely around kitchen equipment & report any concerns to Management.
- Maintain accurate food ordering and stocking levels, including kitchen materials to meet customer expectation.
- Carry out instructions as given by management.

Flexible in working hours and duties (availability weekends and public holidays).
