Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Improver/Mate to join our dynamic electrical team. In this role, you will assist experienced electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. Your hands-on skills with hand tools and power tools, combined with your electrical experience, will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality electrical solutions. Duties assisting on electrical rewires
- Assist senior electricians with installing wiring, conduit, and electrical components according to project specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks
- Support the setup and dismantling of electrical equipment on-site
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all activities
- Conduct basic inspections of electrical installations to identify potential issues or hazards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
- Previous experience working with hand tools, power tools, or in an electrical environment is preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring practices, and safety procedures is essential
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop technical knowledge in electrical work
