Meet Our Client
We’re looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a cheerful 6-year-old boy who lives with his family on a farm in Great Malvern.
He enjoys laughter, playtime, watching Hey Duggee, and making the most of life on the farm. One of his favourite things is going on tractor rides and spending time around the animals, and we’re looking for someone who can build a positive and trusting relationship with him while supporting him to enjoy the activities he loves.
You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care, help create a safe and engaging environment, support all his clinical requirements, and enable him to access his favourite activities both at home and within the local community.
Join a friendly and supportive care team where you can make a genuine difference to a young boy’s life while helping him enjoy the things that bring him happiness every day.
What You'll Need
- At least 3 months’ care experience
- Confident in moving and handling and personal care
- Clear communication skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Comfortable around pets and animals
- Clinical experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
