We’re looking for a confident, experienced Barber to join our busy, friendly salon.

What you’ll be doing
- Delivering high-quality barbering services, including:
- Skin fades
- Taper fades
- Scissor cutting
- Beard shaping and grooming.
- Providing personalised consultations and recommending styles to suit each client.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience.
- Recommending and retailing professional products where appropriate (with commission rewards available).
- Supporting the team and maintaining the high standards of the salon.
- Keeping your workstation clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ salon experience (post qualification).
- Excellent barbering skills with confidence in fades, tapering and scissor work.
- Professional, reliable and well-presented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well within a busy team environment.
- Barbering qualification or recognised in-salon training.
