Job Summary
Integrated Cleaning Services Limited are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team in Blofield.
You will be working as part of a team ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene is being achieved throughout the setting. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be reliable, and committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.
This position is Monday to Friday 5am - 8am.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces in clinical spaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, communal areas and clinical rooms to meet health and safety standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored correctly and in good working order
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities to management promptly
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy, organised, and presentable throughout the shift
Experience
- Previous experience within a clinical setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Pay: £12.75 per hour
