Levi Hall Business Solutions Ltd is looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team, delivering high-quality commercial cleaning services across a range of client sites. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning, a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic. Pay: £14.00 per hour
Shifts: starting between 4am-6am and finishing at 12pm (3-4 shifts) per week.
Duties
- Carry out thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including offices, retail outlets, and industrial sites, using appropriate equipment and products
- Maintain floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures to a consistently high standard
- Restock consumables such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll in designated areas
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure bins are emptied regularly
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or hazards
- Report any maintenance issues or damage identified while on site to your supervisor
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete all tasks within allocated timeframes
- Apply specialised cleaning techniques for sensitive areas or equipment as required
- Drive between multiple client sites during your shift, covering up to 50 miles per shift
Requirements
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Comfortable driving up to 50 miles across a single shift, travelling between sites
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
- Good working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and able to carry out tasks involving lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods
- A proactive, take-pride-in-your-work attitude
