A part time position is based on at least 28.3 hours a week between 8:30am and 6:30pm, Monday, Friday and Tuesday or Thursday (hours condensed over 3 days plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30am – 12:30pm). Other working hours and patterns may be considered.
The Role
Our reception team work very closely together, with clear and concise communication. They coordinate between our clinical staff and our clients.
The type of duties that our receptionists may be required to do, but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls promptly
- Booking routine and emergency appointments
- “Triaging” cases over the phone
- Taking messages for clinical staff members and communicating them to the team
- Organising diaries
- Customer care
- Cleaning and maintaining hygiene
- Preparing and dispensing medication or the clients
- Updating client records
- Maintaining client confidentiality as per GDPR
- Take clear notes/ history for patients presenting to the clinic
- Stock rotation and ordering
- Insurance claims
- Health and safety checks
- Shift creation
- Preparing documents for clients

Qualifications - No formal qualifications required as candidate will receive full training, but preference will be given to candidates with qualifications and at least one years' experience in a similar role.
