To ensure we have a steady supply of skilled resource being developed following the P.N.
Daly training modules.
To create motivated incoming employees with the right skills to progress in their chosen
fields whatever direction they choose.
Trainee development - Assist in training incoming resource following PN Daly modules
and sign off by training manager - 14 week turnaround.
ESPB output - Achieve ESPB targets (4 ESPBs day tech + CSLs/ 7 night tech + CSLs/ 10
follow ups + CSLS).
Development of trainees into full detection technicians capable of over achieving daily
targets and able to adapt to the requirements of the Contract whether that is an ESPB
model or reduction type model.
- Produce efficient/ motivated/ skilled resource with a knowledge of: Sounding/
correlating/acoustic logging/ CSL proving/ efficient DMA coverage/ Enigmas/
Hydrophones/ Reading DMA night line graphs/ Understanding of how a
Network operates/ safe operation of assets/ valve ops/ Step-testing/ Dynamic
partitioning/ DG knowledge.
- Trainee development
- Ensure nearly trained techs achieve detection targets/ support ESPB detection
model.
- Gang assist support - improve gang support/ learning feedback/ on site
training.
- DMA audits - Area failed to drop full audit to bring area back down to required
level, identify/feedback any training issues.
- Quality - attrition and dry holes to be within acceptable range.
- H&S - insure you follow company procedures/ working safe at all times.
- Identify training needs within the team.
- Identify technology gaps within our operation.
- Implement new trials.
- Trialing of new technology/equipment.
- Assist failing techs with support to enable them to achieve targets.
- All paperwork to be submitted on time.
- Training feedback.
- Backfill any gaps in the team if required.
- Support for Supervisors.
