Project Officer Vacancy
Location: Hybrid Countywide – predominately East District
Hours: 37.5hrs
Salary: £29,166.65
Contract: 12 months FTC, with possible extension

We're looking for a motivated and organised Project Officer to join our Community Engagement team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of community investment programmes that improve mental health, wellbeing and resilience across Lincolnshire.
Working closely with voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations, you'll help administer grant programmes, provide practical organisational support, and work alongside community partners to build stronger, more sustainable local services.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in delivering programmes including the Mental Health and Wellbeing Community Investment Fund (MHWCIF), Sustainability Programme and Shine Together by:
- Coordinating grant administration from application through to monitoring and reporting.
- Supporting community organisations with governance, sustainability and organisational development.
- Building positive relationships with local groups, partners and stakeholders.
- Producing monitoring reports and impact information for commissioners and funders.
- Organising workshops, networking events and learning opportunities.
- Helping organisations access funding, strengthen partnerships and increase their impact.

- An excellent organiser with strong attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building positive relationships.
- Experienced in project, programme or grant administration.
- Able to manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
