Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated General Manager to lead our team with enthusiasm and strategic vision. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable moments in a fast-paced retail and entertainment setting.
Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of venue operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and event coordination
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction
- Oversee merchandising displays, promotional activities, and inventory management to maximize revenue opportunities
- Supervise team management activities such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and organizational skills to ensure smooth communication across departments
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis to meet business objectives
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff, promoting teamwork, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Skills
- Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams in retail or entertainment venues
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to inspire staff and engage customers
- Extensive experience in retail management, sales management, or hospitality environments
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a lively setting
- Knowledge of merchandising strategies and promotional planning techniques
- Administrative experience including scheduling, record keeping, and report generation
- Excellent phone etiquette coupled with strong time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through effective supervision of staff management activities
