Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our cleaning services. As the site is a medical practice a Hep B vaccination will be needed, if you have not had one you will need to be willing to have one, paid for by the company.
Hours
We currently operate a 3 on 3 off shift pattern and the successful candidate would need to full into this. The medical practice closes at 8pm so cleaning can start after that and each shift will be 2.5 hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, communal spaces, treatment rooms and restrooms.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a clean environment.
- Dispose of waste materials responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
