About Us
Belperino is a brand‑new Italian and Mediterranean‑inspired restaurant opening at The Talbot this autumn. After extensive renovation, we’ve brought a fresh, welcoming feel to the building while respecting its history and character. Our name means “little Belper” — because our goal is to create a warm, community‑focused space that feels rooted in the heart of the town.
We are now building our opening team and are looking for friendly, passionate people to join us from the very beginning.
About the Role
We are recruiting Front of House team members across all levels, including:
- Servers / Waiters
- Bartenders
- Supervisors/Assistant Managers
If you enjoy working with people, love creating a welcoming atmosphere, and want to be part of a new restaurant opening, we’d love to hear from you. Experience is helpful but not essential — the right attitude matters most.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and serving guests with warmth and professionalism
- Supporting smooth service during busy periods
- Working closely with the team to create a relaxed, friendly environment
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Learning about our Italian and Mediterranean menu to help guide guests
- Contributing to a positive, supportive workplace culture
