The Hotel Folk have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist and Events coordinatorto join their friendly team at The Swan at Lavenham Hotel and Spa working on a rota basis. This is a full time position however, if you are looking for part time hours we would still love to hear from you. There a 3 set shift patterns that would vary between the hours of 7am - 11pm.

Key Tasks/Skills for a Receptionist:
· To provide outstanding customer service at all times to each and every guest.
· To support with general administration tasks and restaurant bookings for the hotel.
· To Respond to guest and customer requests courteously and efficiently at all times.
· Good Telephone Manner, answering any enquires and taking bookings
· To be aware of all arrivals/departures, functions, special events and special requests.
