Orbital Recruitment are currently looking for Town Centre Operatives/Labourer based in Retford.
Starting this Wednesday!
This job is adhoc on a weekly basis.
It's a perfect role for someone who is looking for extra hours!
Duties:
- Assemble market stalls ready for the market to open.
- Disassemble and put away market stalls when the market has finished.
- General housekeeping of the town, litter picking, removal of litter, sweeping weeds, dog foul, needles and leaves.
- The emptying of litter bins within daily work areas as required.
- Removal of fly tipped items.
- Undertake snow clearance duties.
- General public may approach you asking questions (i.e., directions)
- Undertake repairs to equipment and street scene furniture, including painting and decorating including street furniture, market stalls, Market sheet Repairs, public conveniences and underpasses and any other items deemed by Line Managers
Experience/ About You:
- Experience of working outdoors
- Ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
- Not all hours will include physical demanding duties but when moving the market stalls, this will be required.
