Job Summary
Garden Care Group LTD are a local firm offering Garden Maintenance, Landscaping and Tree Surgery in and around South West London and Surrey. We are looking to recruit a Gardener with a full driving licence to join our Gardening Team, to start as soon as possible.
You will be working in a team with one other person, going to the same clients on a two weekly rota.
The company will supply uniform and relevant PPE.
Responsibilities
- Operate power tools including lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and trimmers safely and efficiently
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, mulching, and fertilizing
- Monitor plant health, identify pests or diseases, and take appropriate action on a job by job basis.
Requirements
- Hold a full clean drivers licence
- Hold PA1/ PA6
- Have experience of using machinery
- Qualified to NVQ2 or higher (desirable not essential)
- Excellent plant knowledge
- Be a good communicator as you will be dealing with the public.
Please note; you will be working in high end gardens with clients that know every plant in their garden. We are looking for someone with at least 3+ years of experience backed with references.
Pay: £25,099.00-£35,100.00 per year
