At CREATE Fertility, we know the patient journey matters just as much as the treatment itself.
We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Fertility Nurse to join our team at our flagship St Paul’s clinic, supporting patients through some of the most important and emotional moments in their lives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading fertility providers, working within a supportive, collaborative and patient-focused environment where care genuinely comes first.
The role will involve supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, including consultations, phlebotomy, medication teaching and dispensing, theatre and recovery support, patient communication, audit activity and coordinating procedures alongside our multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Whilst fertility experience is welcomed, we’re also very keen to hear from nurses from other specialties who are looking to transition into fertility and women’s health.
You may currently be working within areas such as:
- Women’s Health
- Gynaecology
- Surgical Nursing
- Theatre or Recovery
- Outpatients
- Ward Nursing
- Private Healthcare
- Other acute clinical settings
Most importantly, we’re looking for nurses who lead with empathy, communicate with warmth and professionalism and genuinely enjoy making a difference to patient care.
You’ll be joining a team that is passionate about supporting and developing people, so whether you already have fertility experience or are looking to build a long-term career within fertility nursing, we can offer excellent training, support and development opportunities.
Our clinics operate a 7-day service, with weekend working shared fairly across a rota, so flexibility is important.
To be considered, you must:
- Be NMC registered
- Have post-registration clinical experience
- Have excellent communication and patient care skills
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of fertility care, where you can make a genuine impact on patients every single day.
If this sounds like something you’d love to be part of, we’d love to hear from you.
