What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly throughout service.
- Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to maintain excellent hygiene standards.
- Supporting chefs with ingredient preparation and basic cooking tasks when required.
- Ensuring kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored correctly after use.
- Helping manage stock by organising deliveries and reporting low inventory levels.
- Following all health and safety procedures to create a safe working environment.
- Working closely with the rest of the kitchen team to deliver a great dining experience for our guests.
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.
- Basic food preparation skills and an interest in cooking are desirable.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- The ability to stay organised and work efficiently during busy periods.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
- Availability to work weekends is essential.
- Please note that this role does not include morning shifts.
