Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our vibrant team at Purecraft Bar & Kitchen in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service and quality food, contributing to our mission of providing an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Help with the cleanliness and up keep of a busy cask & keg cellar
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience through upselling.
- Support team members during busy shifts to maintain smooth operations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of cask & keg beers and how to maintain a clean cellar is essential
