We’re growing our warehouse team in Chesterfield and looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support our busy M&S operation.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced chilled warehouse environment where you’ll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the supply chain.

Shift & Pay Details
- 40 hours per week
- Rolling 9 week rota
- Night Shift 5/7 - 21:00 - 05:00
- £13.49 per hour + £1.20 unsociable pay
- £14.17 per hour Weekend rate

What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Picking and scanning stock using voice technology
- Moving goods through the warehouse from intake to dispatch
- Working safely and efficiently in a chilled warehouse environment
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
- Working as part of a busy warehouse team
Full PPE is provided.
What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, ideally within a fast-paced or chilled environment, although full training will be provided.
