We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Senior Carer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care and support to our residents during the night shift. This role involves ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of individuals in our care while maintaining a high standard of service.
This role can be full time or part time
Duties
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare and serve snacks according to dietary and personal requirements, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Assist with medication management and ensure residents receive their medications as prescribed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and conducting regular checks of the facility.
- Engage and lead staff to work as a team to complete all night duties and recording of such effectively.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Uphold high standards of care , ensuring that all interactions are positive and respectful.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred, particularly in a senior living or healthcare setting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a resident focused environment.

Pay: £13.20-£13.40 per hour
