Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and engaging Live Sales Presenter & Sales Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting and promoting our products through live streaming and social media channels. You will play an important role in introducing our products to online audiences, engaging with viewers and helping to drive sales.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being in front of the camera, has a natural ability to communicate and present products, and is confident in engaging with an audience. Previous live streaming or live selling experience is an advantage, but it is not essential. We are also open to candidates who are passionate about live streaming and are keen to develop their skills in this area.
Job Key Responsibilities
- Host and present live streaming sessions across various online and social media platforms.
- Introduce, demonstrate and promote company products in a clear, confident and engaging manner.
- Learn and understand product features, benefits and key selling points, and communicate them effectively to customers.
- Interact with viewers in real time, respond to questions and provide helpful product information.
- Use effective sales and presentation techniques to engage viewers and encourage purchasing decisions.
- Create a lively, positive and enjoyable atmosphere during live streams.
- Promote special offers, promotions and sales campaigns during live sessions.
- Support the creation of short-form video and social media content to promote products and increase brand awareness.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to prepare live stream content and product presentations.
- Keep up to date with relevant social media trends and live commerce developments.
- Monitor audience engagement and sales performance and contribute ideas to improve future live streams.
- Always represent the company and its products in a professional and positive manner.
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
